Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are understood and agreed by yatries during the Nankana Sahib Yatra.

1. The Yatries are responsible for their travel, health and any other insurance.
2. Any person may be debarred from the traveling for using alcohol, rowdyism and disobedience during the pilgrimage.
3. Normal Pakistani Vegetarian meals will be served during the pilgrimage.
4. During the yatra, hotel accommodation will be provided. Accommodation is based on twin-share, so if you're travelling on your own, you'll share with a fellow passenger of the same sex. However, if you would prefer your own rooom, it can be requested. This will guarantee you your own room for every night of the tour. The number of single rooms we can offer is limited, so it's best to book early.
5. Bus seat policy - first come and first serve. Handicap yatries will be given seat of their choice.
6. The management, for the comfort, convenience and safety of the Sangat and keeping in view the prevailing local conditions, may make any change to traveling plans. Yatris are to respect the decision of the management.
7. Although every effort will be made for the safety and comfort of the sangat, management shall not be responsible for any liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, accident,and unexpected incident, delay and happening.
8. Don't leave the group and go for shopping own your own. If yatri leaves the group and wonders away to visit locals or goes for shopping, management shall not be responsible for any liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, illness, death, accident and unexpected incident.
9. In case of cancellation after issuing the Pakistan's Visa. Administrtion charges US $400.00 Will be applied.
10. If yatri cancel his/her trip for any reason before 90 Days of yatra start date, there will be no Refund.
11. It is your responsibility to arrive on time for all scheduled daily bus departures during the yatra. Arriving late may be considered a "no-show", in which case buses might leave and yatri may have to hire a taxi / Uber.
12. Group Harmony: To ensure the desired group synergy, Nankana Sahib Yatra reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, (a) if it is reasonably believed that an individual is dangerous to others or to themselves; (b) has engaged in or threatening to engage in behavior that may adversely affect the safety, security, well-being or enjoyment of other individuals; (c) who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs (d) who has failed or refused to follow Nankana Sahib Yatra's rules and procedures or the instruction of Nankana Sahib Yatra's employees or representatives. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the responsibility of the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable. Nankana Sahib Yatra shall be entitled to recover from the individual any cost or expenses incurred by Nankana Sahib Yatra or its representative in the removal of the individual.
13. Medical Services: There will be no doctor or nurse available during the yatra. Should medical attention be required, local services will be contacted. Resulting charges will be the responsibility of the passenger. Nankana Sahib Yatra will not be responsible for the services provided.
14. RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: Nankana Sahib Yatra Ltd., its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and affiliates, (collectively "Nankana Sahib Yatra") does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, vessel, bus, van or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. Independent contractors may utilize the Nankana Sahib Yatra logo on signage or uniforms solely for identification purposes which does not signify Nankana Sahib Yatra ownership, management or control. As a result, Nankana Sahib Yatra is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, Nankana Sahib Yatra is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Nankana Sahib Yatra. In addition, I release Nankana Sahib Yatra from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.
15. PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: Nankana Sahib Yatra may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant Nankana Sahib Yatra permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.
16. Make sure you got Multiple Visa for India. ( If you want to go to India )
17. According to the India Govt. Law, You can’t carry Indian Currency to Pakistan through Wagha Border. Otherwise, India Govt. Will Seize your Currency. You can carry only Canadian or American Currency.
18. We will arrange to exchange your currency in Pakistan.
